The aim of the research is to discover the inherent relation existing between the HR practices of various sectors of organizations, and the increase in the commitment level of the employees. Keeping in consideration, the objectives of the research, the questions asked in the survey were being used to understand if there is any positive and direct relation between team activities, interaction facilities or increment in salary benefits offered by the HR, and the rise in the level of professional dedication among the employees. The literature review has helped to gather relevant information from important literary sources while the survey has been employed to test the hypothesis in accordance with the current situation in the organizations. In this way, the Positivist research philosophy is being used, which shows a scientific and objective method of analyzing the research problem (Nuttin 2014). However, in order to explain and understand the underlying reason behind the relation between effective HR practice and increase in the employee commitment, the Interpretivst philosophy could be adopted as well.
